Seiko Noda "If holding Child Porn is illegal then we should make illegal for anime and manga too"野田聖子｢児童ポルノ単純所持禁止に、児童ポルノアニメ・漫画も規制すべき｣

日本ユニセフ協会、ECPAT／ストップ子供買春の会、ECPAT スウェーデン、駐日スウェーデン大使館は29日、「子どもポルノサイトの根絶に向けて～スウェーデンのブロッキングの取り組みと日本の課題～」と題したシ ンポジウムを、駐日スウェーデン大使館で開催した。今回のシンポジウムは、インターネット上に氾濫する子供ポルノサイト問題に対して、官民による先進的な 取り組みを始めているスウェーデンの事例を紹介し、また、提供目的のない子供ポルノの所持（単純所持）や、子供ポルノのアニメ・漫画などの製造・提供につ いても触れられた。

来賓挨拶では、野田聖子衆議院議員が法改正について言及した。野田議員は、児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法の改正を推進している。「1つ目は、単純所持の禁止 を盛り込みたい。2つ目は、子供ポルノアニメ・漫画の取り扱いに関する法律。これは、数年前にチャレンジしたが、インターネットで散々叩かれた。いずれに しても、児童ポルノ法や児童虐待防止法などを改正して対応したい」と述べた。

また野田議員は、「児童ポルノ法や児童虐待防止法は現実の児童を対象にしたもので、アニメなどフィクションなものに対応するには、かなりの法改正が必要と なり、時間がかかってしまう。個人的には、改正よりも、新法を立てるべきだと思う。そこで重要なのは、国際的な基準に合わせること。アニメや漫画などを日 本の輸出産業に位置づけていくのであれば、世界的な基準に合致したモラルを確立するのは重要なこと」と語った。

Im not going to translate all of it but by the title you might understand the fact that she is tryin to make it illegal for people to have child porn of anime or manga. She said she tried a few years go to get this law passed but since she got owned and hammered on the internet by the people she stopped. From that now she is trying again to get this law passed. In the first paragraph it says that she is trying to team up with the government of Sweden to get this law passed. Why Sweden? They too are also trying to pass a similar law.

Comments: .............Mrs. Seiko Noda....go to hell. The only thing that would happen if you pass this law is more violence towards little kids lol
Its just a drawing, if the person can't control themselves in real life its there fucking fault.

コメント：　野田聖子、地獄に行け。その法律が通ればただ増えるのは小さい子供対象の暴行と痴漢行為だけだぜ？
ただ絵なんだから。自分をコントロールできない人や二次元とリアルに見境なくした人のせいだろ。
